Colliers Meredith & Grew's Capital Markets group has secured a $5.8 million permanent loan for 45 & 46 Manning Road, Billerica, Massachusetts. These two office/R&D buildings are 100% leased to three tenants. Manning Road continues to be a strong submarket in the Rt 3 market with strong occupancy and quality users. The financing was a 10 year fixed rate loan financed in February 2008 by Genworth Financial.
