The firm, with three offices in the Back Bay/Beacon Hill, Waterfront/North End, and Charlestown neighborhoods, offers brokerage, marketing and consulting services to developers and financial institutions throughout Greater Boston and New England.

Otis & Ahearn has completed marketing programs for The Courtyard, an 80 unit condominium project in Charlestown; The Residences at Copley Place, a 78 unit residential cooperative; and Four Seasons Place, a 95 unit luxury condominium development, both in downtown Boston. The firm was also involved with River Court in East Cambridge, and with Parkside in Boston and The Marlborough located in Back Bay, together totaling over 500 luxury residences. In addition, Otis & Ahearn Marketing, Inc. has consulted on numerous developments outside of Massachusetts, including Baltimore, Maryland, Portland, Maine and Providence, Rhode Island. Among their current assignments, they currently serve as marketing agents for The Belvedere, a 61-unit luxury condominium project adjacent to The Prudential Center in Boston’s Back Bay.
